The Kitchen and Dining room is very well equipped with many extras you’d not expect to find, as well as those you would, such as microwave, washing machine and a four slice toaster. Situated between the living room and the garden, the kitchen and dining room allows light to penetrate the whole ground floor through its large double glazed patio windows. Porcelain tiled flooring compliments the warmer colours of the deep beech worktop used within the kitchen area, and the tiles in the garden.
Add fresh herbs to your cooking direct from the garden, you’ll find rosemary and thyme growing in the Cornish hedge and other tasty seasonals in nooks, crannies and sometimes in pots. All cooking, hot water and heating is with gas.
Most people realise tap water contains chemicals which have been added during water treatment or have leached from other polluting sources. So we have installed a filtration system with a tap for your convenience, no more buying bottled water! This Pozzani water filter removes up to 95% of most heavy metals, including lead, aluminium, iron, copper and cadmium, as well as removing up to 90% of dissolved organic material (such as pesticides, herbicides and oil residues). Chlorine removal is very good indeed (up to 99%), hence the water odour and taste is significantly improved.
