La Sorgente e’ molto carino e noi siamo stati molto bene. We hope to return very soon also because our children and grand children, Penelope, Martino, Nicole and Sara are here in Penryn. Grazie per il benvenuto, a presto. Donate

Thank you. We’ve had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay. The cottage is very well equipped and is cosy and warm. We love Falmouth and the surrounding area – explored some more on this visit and will be down again as soon as we can! Many thanks for a great stay. Best wishes Karl, Louise, Emily and Georgie.

Thank you, we have had a thoroughly relaxing holiday. Sorgente is a beautiful little cottage finished to a very high standard, making our trip even more enjoyable. The local area seems to be very friendly and this is an ideal location for exploring. We highly recommend Pandora Inn, lovely location and food, St Austell brewery tour, Fowey, Lands End, St.Ives, Padstow, Polperro, Mevagissey, the list goes on. Thank you for the welcome tray. Hopefully see you again. Sam and Nick (Norfolk).

Thanks for the lovely neat cottage. We had a great time and the weather was kind t o us. Love the bathroom! If anyone likes seafood, the Sea Food Bar in Falmouth was lovely and we also liked the Deli. Thanks. The Maud family.

We had such a nice stay at Sorgente Cottage! We were very lucky with the weather and could explore the rest of Cornwall. Really loved the wee herb garde! We left some mint here as an addition to the garden. It goes very well with some Pimms 🙂
If you don’t want to mix your own Pimms but go out and have a drink somewhere, we can warmly recommend the Tinner’s Arms at Zennor, especially on a Thursday folk music night! Many thanks, Corinna and family.

Hello again. It’s our third stay in Sorgente. As always we’ve had a lovely holiday – fab weather too! We love this cottage – very clean, light and peaceful. Comfy beds and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you once again. Sara, Dan, Ellis and Louie (Manchester)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, well equipped cottage. Have enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, with many places to visit, there are some lovely National Trust gardens, pretty harbours and lovely beaches to visit. Thank you very much. Sue and Chris, Jean and Steve.

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cottage. We have had a wonderful time. Everything is very well thought out and the cottage really is a comfortable place to stay. Recommend: the beaches at Polperro, Perranporth and St.Agnes. Fantastic food at the Pandora Inn – well worth a visit. Very sorry to be leaving! Amy and Craig (Manchester).

Beautifully maintained house and was so cosy to return to after a day out. Can imagine the garden would be a sun trap but weather was pretty cold when we visited. Spent our time mostly visiting friends but managed trips to Truro, Porthleven and will go to St.Ives which is always stunning! The Andersons.

A wonderful cottage, every bit as good as it looked on the website. Tasteful, cosy and very well equipped. We were visiting my son at University and even he was tempted by the rain shower and stay over with us. If we can book again we will certainly use it again as a home from home over the next three years. We will need to see if short term lets are available.
Would recommend the following: Day trip to St.Ives, fish and chips in Porthleven, the Lizard Penninsula (We walked from Lizard Point to Kynance Cove). Flushing to Mylor along the headland, Swanpool and Gyllyngvase beaches. , coffee shop and health food shop in Penryn, both Church Coves on the Lizard and of course Falmouth and Penryn high streets.
The garden terrace is a lovely touch even in February, managed to sit out a coupe of times. The welcome pack was lovely but we are now hooked on Cornish Cream Tea. Hope to return soon. Mandy, Neil and Tobias.

It’s been a real pleasure to stay in a lovely holiday cottage – so well furnished, decorated with interesting art work. Loved the wood burning fire giving warmth and interest on cold winter evenings.
Yes thank you for a lovely stay! It is obvious that a lot of thought has gone into this cosy, welcoming and beautifully designed home away from home – and garden. Easy to use, practical and above all warm at this time of year!! Thank you!!
