Tuttavia, qualora le indicazioni che riceviamo dal governo locale o nazionale e dai consulenti sanitari, potremmo dover annullare il vostro soggiorno. In questi casi riceveresti un rimborso completo o un credito per un'altra prenotazione con noi.

Chiediamo anche che gli ospiti non si mettano a rischio e quindi quegli ospiti che arrivano dopo la tua deposizione. Maschere per il viso da indossare sempre su naso e bocca al di fuori sia della tua casa che della nostra. Evita luoghi affollati e porta a casa tutta la tua lettiera dalla spiaggia o da altri luoghi di interesse.

Comprendiamo che prenotare una vacanza potrebbe essere una decisione difficile per molti a causa delle restrizioni delle politiche di cancellazione. Si prega di stipulare una polizza assicurativa annullamento prima di prenotare. Per questo periodo di incertezza, offriamo a tutte le nuove prenotazioni la flessibilità di modificare le loro prenotazioni in qualsiasi momento fino a due settimane prima del check-in senza ulteriori addebiti, o un credito per una prenotazione futura presa entro 18 mesi dalla cancellazione.

Il nostro cottage subirà la completa sanificazione alla fine di ogni soggiorno, tuttavia chiediamo agli ospiti di rimuovere tutti i letti, asciugamani, tappetini da bagno, guanti da forno ecc. E di metterli in un sacco legato alla fine del soggiorno prima della partenza. Saponi per le mani inutilizzati da posizionare nella spazzatura generale e di nuovo il sacco deve essere legato. Ciò contribuirà a ridurre il rischio per il nostro personale e i prossimi ospiti.

What we do not provide
Beach towels. Towels provided must remain in the property and not removed for use on the beach, etc.
Cots for infants or toddlers.
Bed-wetting mattress protection.

Children and babies are very welcome at Sorgente, however, we only provide one high chair, baby bath, stair gates, and fireguard with safety gate.  Please bring your own cot, you will also need to bring your own cot bedding. Also, if your children require waterproof under blankets/covers, then you should bring them too, a soiled mattress will be replaced (not cleaned) with a new one, purchased using your your damage deposit. We provide a cottage at standards fit for allergy sufferers therefore all pets are, without exception, not accommodated for - unfortunately this includes guide dogs for the visually impaired.

Sorgente cottage is cleaned between lets and there is no extra charge for this unless a heavy clean is required after you leave or do not leave the property as you found it. We ask that food and drinks are not consumed whilst using the sofas or anywhere upstairs.

Rubbish/garbage removal and recycling
Rubbish will be removed by us at the end of your stay for free, no more than one full black sack from the dustbin in the garden. To avoid surcharges for extra rubbish please have it collected during your stay - weekly council collection of general rubbish is every Tuesday morning, place in black sacks, tied securely and leave on the pavement opposite, not earlier than the evening before.
Recycled materials (washed) can also be left outside in the relevant bags or box, however these collections rotate on a fortnightly basis, please read the printed information left in the property. We will recycle any remaining waste for you at the end of your stay.

No Smoking
Our cottage and garden are for non-smokers only. We are providing standards fit for allergy sufferers which is why we have a very strict non-smoking policy. If you or any of your group are smokers we kindly ask that you do not book this accommodation.

Your Safety
We take safety of our guests seriously. Our cottage is maintained for your comfort and safety. However please remember you must take care of yourself and family in what are unfamiliar surroundings. It is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to supervise all children within the property or in the garden.

There are stair gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, do not remove them, inform us if you feel they are no-longer fitted correctly.

Do not use the wood burning stove in living room if there are toddlers or crawling infants without the fire guard and closed safety gate. Please inform us at time of booking if you are bringing infants/toddlers. We then make sure that all safety gates are installed correctly and the highchair and baby bath are left for you. You may of course ask us on arrival although a small surcharge may be applicable.

The gas water heater is checked by a registered gas CORGI inspector each year, the most recent certificate is in the property. If you are unsure or have any doubts about using the water heater please contact the property manager / house keeper.

Ensure that the gas cooker/oven is turned off when not in use.

  • We want you to have a safe and enjoyable holiday so taking a few simple precautions will ensure this happens.
  • Check the layout of the property so you know how to get out quickly and safely
  • Check the fire fighting equipment and read the instructions on how to use them
  • Do not cover radiators (or place items on them to dry)
  • When using the woodburing stove use the fireguard and ensure the fire is completely extinguished before you go to bed or leave the property
  • If you are unsure how to use some of the equipment check with us or the property manager / house keeper (all instruction manuals are provided)
  • If the highchair is damaged in any way, do not use it, please inform the owner or property caretaker immediately - this equipment must conform to British Standards
  • Check the garden for any steep drops and ensure children cannot access the garden tidy boxes
  • Do not climb the stone walls or access the area beyond the BBQ. This is for you and your children's safety.
  • Ensure that when you are away from the property, it is locked and secured

Damage deposit
This fee will be fully refunded within 14 days from the end of your holiday (often sooner), once the property has been assessed so that no extra deep cleaning, repairs or inventory replacement are required.
