Sorgente Cornish Holiday Cottage accommodation details
We are pleased that we are able to offer accommodation more suited to asthma and allergy sufferers and therefore we have a strict non-smoking, no pets policy. Our house-keeper doesn’t wait for spring to do a spring clean!

The cottage is decorated with original art by local artists including paintings, photography and sculpture. More of which can be found at Artsake.co.uk, but if you wish, you may also purchase some of the works in the cottage and take them away with you. Please contact us for details.
Completely refurbished to very high standards, all modifications meet the relevant safety standards and building regulations and have reduced our carbon footprint in many areas of the redesign. This includes double-glazed windows and doors, roof and wall insulation, and a heat recovery system. Where possible we have returned to traditional skills and building materials that befit a property first built around 1850. Regular maintenance and redecoration is undertaken to ensure your living space is kept fresh.

Parking
We cannot provide off-street private parking, but there is usually a spot directly in front of the cottage. You may occasionally have to park a little way up the hill. A polite notice is displayed, asking people to keep clear for disabled access. We have nice neighbours who respect each other’s need to park as close to home as possible. However, this is a public highway and therefore anyone may park there. There are no parking meters or time limits near the cottage. In Falmouth
