Comment: Penryn is a perfect place to stay. Great access to West Cornwall, with quiet village feel. Lovely that Alex has created such an attractive home in Penryn. We are very sad to have to leave. Definitely a longer stay next time.
Suggestions: Muddy Beach cafe is only 1/2 mile walk and good coffee, food, view. Artisan shops nearby are excellent. Marinas Fish & Chips, Star & Garter in Falmouth for view, and fabulous food.
Tate Gallery & Barbara Hepworth in St.Ives (fab beaches as well). Fish (cod!) from Penryn fishmonger – cook in Sorgente’s well equipped kitchen. Cheers.

Comment: Beautiful little cottage with everything that was needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On street parking was not a problem at all. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Comment: Beautiful little cottage with everything that was needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. On street parking was not a problem at all during our time at the cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and am happy to recommend Sorgente.
The cottage is self catering with no service/staff – however, the owner sent emails and texts regarding the cottage, keys etc which was very helpful and reassuring.
Tips for other travelers: Ate out at The Boathouse (Falmouth), great food and views, also the Hooked on the Rocks at Swanpool, more expensive and again great food – needed to book as both very popular and Covid restrictions. Fab boat trip (self hire) for fishing (Falmouth) and Kayaking with Paddle Cornwall (Mark) – kayaking booked in advance and even as a novice it was great fun following the coastline observing sea birds and common seals.

Comment: Dear Alex & Sabrina, thank you. We have enjoyed our stay in your lovely cottage. This was our first opportunity to visit our family in Penryn since the start of lockdown, and it has proved to be a great base for us, with everything we needed.
Your preparations for COVID was much appreciated, for our reassurance.
The cottage is a really nice place with its design, decor and furnishings.
The Welcome Pack was very thoughtful and much enjoyed.
All the best. P.S. Looking forward to our next visit.

Comment: Sorgente has been a perfect cottage, clean and cosy and an ideal base for traveling around Cornwall.
The flowers and scones a lovely extra, we will definitely be back. We spent a lovely day at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens and walk around Mylor, Fowey, Falmouth, and Penryn’s historic town.
We spent a wonderful weekend and the weather has been bright and warm even in October. Best wishes, kind regards.
