GIFT VOUCHERS
All vouchers bought as a gift are transferable to colleagues, friends and family, they cannot be exchanged for a monetary value.
On receipt of order payment, the voucher code will become active for 18 months, no refunds are possible. After this time the code become null and void.
To redeem it against a holiday at Sorgente you may select a booking week which falls within 18 months from the original order date and not from the date it was given as a gift, it is only valid on bookings with a check-in on a Friday for 7 or 14 nights only. Simply quote the voucher code at time of booking.

A voucher can only be used once therefore please provide us with their name and email BEFORE they attempt to book, we will use it only to verify that the user is validated to use it.
We can not accept any responsibility for any voucher which is not used within the validity period outlined above. It is necessary therefore that you notify the person you are giving it to with this information.
If you have received a free voucher because of a special offer, then the same terms and conditions apply.
