We’ve had a fantastic sunny half-term staying in this wonderful cottage.
It’s been a wonderful base from which to explore a new area of Cornwall for us.

We had a great time exploring Cornwall and Sorgente was the perfect location to start from.
We’ve been to Lizard Point, St.Michaels Mount and the Minack Theatre, we had a nice walk at the Lost Gardens of Heligan and enjoyed the beautiful St.Ives.
The house was big enough for the four of us and the sofas were cosy.
Now we’re off to explore the Exmoor region and will have some time in London before taking the ferry home.

Walks completed:
– Port Isaac to Port Quin
– Porthcurno to Lands End to Sennen Cove
– St.Ives to Lennor
– Penryn to Flushing to Falmouth
– Mullion Cove to Kynance to Lizard Point to Lizard to Mullion to Gunwalloe Church Cove
Thoroughly recommend getting out and walking any of the South Western Coastal route. Breath taking views and fabulous routes!

Lovely comfy cottage – thank you for the welcome gifts, much appreciated. Had some lovely days out, Fowey, St.Mawes were two of the best. Great local walks – Penryn to Falmouth via Flushing a good local one. Also walk near Pandora Inn (well worth a visit). Plenty of things to enjoy around the area. Good local fish and chips and Indian takeaway.

We had a really lovely time here at Sorgente. Your cottage is a home away from home. Clean, comfortable and well equipped in the perfect location to visit Cornwall. Our 2 children keep saying they’ll miss Sorgente and its Monopoly – which was really appreciated, thanks for everything! P.S. We’re sorry to leave some rubbish.

Lovely homely cottage had everything we needed. Thank you for the flowers, wine and scones, they were lovely. We feel bad about leaving recycling but this is what we’ve had since the bin men came on Tuesday. The cottage is very cosy and would definitely come again and recommend to people. Thank you.

A well equipped and nicely furnished cottage. Even comfy beds 🙂 We spent about 50% of our time locally in Penryn, Falmouth and Truro. The other time we did some nice day trips:
– walking round the Lizard Coastline (spectacular!)
– St.Michaels Mount and Mousehole (very picturesque)
– St.Ives (busy but lovely)
Eating locally, Sunday lunch was good at the Working Boat pub overlooking Falmouth harbour. The Norway Inn (5 miles by car) was also excellent. In Penryn we supported the fish & chip shop and Indian takeaway!

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sorgente, blessed by beautiful weather. The cottage is so comfortable and well-equipped, it felt like a real home from home. location is also ideal for exploring – I’ve been to Falmouth many times before but still found new places! Thank you, I hope to return.

We stayed in this adorable Air B&B in April…beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage. At first I found all the little instruction card everywhere a bit odd but decided I really appreciated the attention to detail and when I couldn’t figure out a piece of machinery in the house the little card came to the rescue. The house rules were very common sense and I would definitely stay again if back in Cornwall.

We have had a very pleasant stay here at Sorgente. It was an ideal base for touring around the area and we have packed quite a few places into our short stay. The cottage was homely and had everything we needed except reading lamps, which would have been a welcome addition for evenings in front of the fab log fire !! Thanks for the welcome pack too!
