Comment: Lovely clean and modern accommodation. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches – milk in the fridge, tea and coffee, fresh flowers, wine and ingredients for a cream tea.
Also appreciated the clear instructions on how everything worked, such as the rainfall shower.
Alex and Sabrina were very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend.
Tips for other travellers: Pandora Inn is lovely and very close. Muddy Beach cafe is good for breakfast and only a short walk away. The walk to Flushing along the river was beautiful. We did it on a Sunday and had the best Sunday lunch at the Waterside restaurant which is on the jetty – very generous portions and delicious.

Tips for other travellers: Short walk to harbour/town and station; Penryn heritage walk; Bus aplenty to Falmouth; Muddy Beach restaurant; Seven Stars pub lovely Sunday roast; Plenty of walks in and around Penryn; Ferry trip to St Mawes which was lovely.

Comment: We’ve had a good week in Cornwall with lovely warm weather. The cottage is well appointed and comfortable. Had good days in Eden Project (with Tesco vouchers), Trebah, touring the Lizard and our favourite thing – the ferry trip to St.Mawes. Went to East Pool Mine which was interesting. Many thanks.

Comment: This was our second visit to Sorgente, and we have already booked the next one. They are very good to deal with, and the COVID precautions are most reassuring. On both of our stays we have had everything that we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Tips for other travelers: If you like oriental cuisine, Bango Kitchen on Commercial Road create some excellent dishes. They have a very tempting menu including sushi, ramen, katsu curries, etc, including a very good vegan section. On this visit it was take-away only, but hopefully the restaurant will be open again soon for dining inside. Well worth a visit.
